This article seeks to examine the use of the emphatic style in the Forty Hadith of Imam An-Nawawi (Al-Arba’in An-Nawawiyyah), not merely at the level of formal linguistic structure, but also in terms of its rhetorical and semantic functions. The emphasis in the Hadith of the Prophet is not only an instrument for strengthening expressions or affirming meaning; rather, it is a communicative mechanism equipped with semantic and psychological significance employed to penetrate both the heart and the mind of the listener. Through this mechanism, the aesthetic beauty of discourse intertwines with the effectiveness of persuasion allowing the speech to flow into the listener’s soul and, thus, achieving its intended goal. This study also aims to explore the outcomes of this emphatic style through an analysis of selected Hadiths from the Forty Hadith, a collection considered by scholars among the Compendium of Words . This analytical study reveals that emphasis in the Prophetic discourse operates through linguistic and rhetorical devices such as diction, repetition and Oath expressions which all function in harmony to deliver and consolidate meaning in one’s heart and mind. From this perspective, it becomes evident that Prophetic discourse relies on a system of persuasive strategies that combine articulateness and rational argumentation. Emphasis in this case is not an end in itself; however, it is a means to achieve a higher purpose: cultivating awareness, consolidating values and guiding one’s conscience towards righteous behaviors. Accordingly, this study clarifies the integration of language and mind in the Hadith of the Prophet and highlights the power held by discourse in guiding the human soul into an absolute belief in the message of the Prophet

يهدف هذا المقال إلى معالجة أسلوب التّأكيد في خطاب الأربعين النّووية من منظور يتجاوز التّناول اللغوي الشّكلي إلى المقاربة الدلالية التّأثيرية، باعتباره ظاهرة لغوية حجاجية تسهم في تشكيل بنية الخطاب النّبوي ومقاصده الإقناعية، فأسلوب التّأكيد في الحديث النّبوي ليس مجرّد وسيلة لتقوية القول أو تثبيت المعنى، بل هو آلية تبليغية ذات حمولة دلالية ونفسية تمكّن الخطاب من النّفاذ إلى وجدان المتلقي وعقله معًا، ومن خلال هذه الآلية، تتحقّق البلاغة النّبوية في أسمى صورها، حيث تمتزج جمالية التّعبير بفاعلية الإقناع، فينساب القول في نفس السّامع بيسرٍ وجلال، محققًا أثره المقصود في توجيه الفكر والسّلوك. وتسعى هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن الأبعاد التّأثيرية لهذا الأسلوب من خلال تحليل نماذج مختارة من الأحاديث الّتي جمعها الإمام النّووي في كتابه الأربعين النّووية، تلك الأحاديث الّتي عدّها العلماء من جوامع الكلم لما احتوته من معانٍ تشريعية وتربوية وأخلاقية تُلخّص مقاصد الدّين وروحه، وتُبرز القراءة التحليلية أنّ التّأكيد في الخطاب النّبوي يقوم على توليفة دقيقة من الوسائل اللّغوية والبلاغية، كاللّفظ، والتّكرار، وصيغ القسم، وتنوّع أدوات التّوكيد، وهي جميعها تعمل في تناغم دقيق لتمكين المعنى في الذّهن وترسيخه في الوجدان. ومن هذا المنطلق، يتّضح أنّ الخطاب النّبوي يعتمد على منظومة من الأساليب الإقناعية التي تجمع بين البيان والبرهان، وتستثمر الطاقات التّعبيرية في خدمة المقصد التّوجيهي للدّعوة، فالتّأكيد في الأحاديث النّبوية ليس غاية بل وسيلة لتحقيق غاية أسمى، هي بناء الوعي وترسيخ القيم وتحريك الضّمير نحو الفعل الصّالح. ومن ثمّ، تكشف هذه الدّراسة عن التّكامل بين اللّغة والفكر في الخطاب النّبوي، وعن كيفيّة تحوّل الأسلوب إلى قوّة مؤثّرة في النّفس الإنسانيّة تدفعها إلى التّصديق والعمل بما جاء به القول النّبوي من حقّ وهدى.

L’article vise à traiter le style de l’affirmation dans le discours « EL Arbaine EL nawaouia » comme phénomène linguistique ayant la capacité d’ influencer dépassantmême la rhétorique esthétique ,il est considéré comme un phénomène linguistique qui contribue dans la formation du discours du prophète et de sa visée persuasive. En effet ce style d’affirmation dans le Hadith du prophète n’est pas seulement un moyen pour renforcer les paroles ou fixer le sens mais un mécanisme de communication ayant un poids significatif et psychique qui permet au discours de s’infiltrer au cerveau et à l’esprit du récepteur en même temps.A travers ce mécanisme la rhétorique prophétique se réalise avec grandeur où se mêlent la beauté de l’expression et l’efficacité de la persuasion ce qui permet d’orienter la pensée et les comportements de l’auditeur. De plus, cette étude tend à découvrir les dimensions d’impact de ce style à travers l’analyse de certains modèles des Hadiths confectionnés par le Imam Al Nawawi dans son livre « Al Arbaine Al Nawawia» et qui sont d’une grande importance car ils contiennent des valeurs islamiques, éducatives qui résument le but de notre religion. Cette étude analytique montre que l’affirmation dans le discours du prophète se base sur un mélange minutieux de moyens linguistiques et rhétoriques tels que la répétition, le serment et les termes d’affirmation qui travaillent en harmonie pour influencer le cerveau et l’esprit. En effet le discours du prophète se base sur une organisation de style de persuasion qui s’appuie sur l’argument et la preuve et qui investit différents styles afin d’orienter les gens vers la religion. Enfin, l’affirmation sollicite une prise de conscience de l’intention du discours à orienter l’être humain vers le bien.
