This topic deals with the study and analysis of an intractable problem represented in the spread of the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption in various parts of the world as a devastating scourge sweeping the corners of the state in this complex circumstance, which prompted the international community to intervene as a whole to confront its creeping dangers by all available means. In this context, I tried to follow the paths of the Islamic view unique in its perceptions and manifestations to confront this bitter reality, and the method of Islam in presenting its integrated approach to confronting this phenomenon in its holistic concept, focusing on clarifying the most important features and episodes of this sober approach in its confrontation with this scourge, explaining its causes and methods of prevention Of them and the means to address them, using the descriptive and analytical approaches mainly in reaching the solutions and treatments he presented to the problem, starting from the level of individual preparation, to building the entity of the group, to focusing the pillars of the public entity, structuring, organizing and practicing in legislation, administration and judiciary, to devote reforms and radical solutions guaranteed Results in facing  corruption in the state.

ترتبط المشاريع الاستثمارية ارتباطا وثيقا بالبيئة، ويتجلى ذلك في علاقة التأثير والتأثر القائمة بينهما، كونها المكان الذي سيقام عليها. وبالتالي، يقوم المشروع بتوريد مجموعة من عناصر المدخلات من بيئته، ويقوم بتحويلها إلى مخرجات يدفعبها (يوردها) لذات البيئة بصورة أخرى. كل ذلك يخلق انعكاسات سلبية على الطبيعة والكائنات الحية التي تعيش فيها. ويعتبر تقويم الأثر البيئي ركيزة أساسية لدفع عجلة التنمية، حيث يتم عمل تقدير شامل لمنظومة البيئة والتنمية والمجتمع وإدراك العلاقات المتداخلةفيما بينها،وحصر كل الإمكانات والقوى، وكذلك كمية الإنتاج ووسائله، مع الأخذ في الحسبان العوامل البيئية غير المنظورة التي يمكن أن تنجم عن تنفيذ المشروعات الإنمائية… وبالتالي يستوجب الأمر ضرورة معالجة المشاكل البيئية كلها.  لذلك، فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تهدف إلى دراسة تقييم الأثر البيئي للمشروع الاستثماري ودوره في حماية واستدامة المشروع اقتصاديا و بيئياوفق التشريع الجزائري

Les projets d’investissement ont un lien étroit avec l’environnement. Et, en conséquence, ce lien provoque un impact réciproque entre ces deux pans (l’environnement et les projets d’investissement). Ces projets acquièrent  tout simplement leur input dans leur propre environnement, d’une part,  et  à travers un processus de transformation dégageant de l’output, d’autre part.  Malheureusement, ce processus représente un circuit négatif s’accomplissant  au détriment de la nature et entités vivantes. A cet effet, il est impératif  que l’environnement soit un remède  essentiel à l’accroissement du rythme du développement. Il est important de prendre en  considération tout le système de l’environnement, du développement et  de la société, ainsi que  la maitrise de l’interdépendance entre les rapports de production qui s’imposent en tant que moyen efficaces pour solutionner tous les problèmes de l’environnement. L’intérêt de ce travail réside dans une perspective de  recherche scientifique  qui se consacrera à l’étude de l’évaluation de l’impact des projets d’investissement et son rôle pour la protection  et la durabilité des projets sur le plan économique et environnementalselon la législation algérienne
