The concept of value, despite the strenuous efforts that have been made in rooting it, is still unclear and interwoven for many .Yet, it is increasingly present in our educational ,cultural , social ,and religious discourses .therefore ,it is worthy of study and research eventhough it is thorny. This paper came in order to introduce this concept, which is surrounded by a lot of ambiguity and complexity as it is located in a common ground between several sciences such as sociology ,psychology, philosophy and religion .It also tries to remove confusion through psychological –social comparison, and it seeks to identify the conventional connotations of the concept and its meanings used by people through theoretical acquisition in philosophy, psychology ,sociology and from the Islamic perspective concluding with the concept’s characteristics, components,functions,classification and sources .

لا يزال مفهوم القيم –رغم الجهود المضنية التي بذلت في تأصيله محل غموض وتداخل عند الكثيرين، والمفارقة أنه يزداد حضورا في خطاباتنا -التربوية والثقافية والاجتماعية والدينية-، فهو بذلك جدير بالدراسة والبحث رغم أنه شائك المسلك.
وقد جاءت هذه الورقة بغية التعريف بهذا المفهوم الذي يكتنفه الكثير من الغموض والتعقيد وذلك لوقوعه في أرض مشتركة بين عديد العلوم كعلم الاجتماع وعلم النفس والفلسفة والدين...، ومحاولة إزالة اللبس عنه وذلك بتبني مقاربة نفسية –اجتماعية، كما تسعى إلى الوقوف على الدلالات الاصطلاحية للمفهوم وما تتضمنه من معان عند من يستعملونها كافة، مرورا بالتأصيل النظري لها من المنظور الإسلامي، والفلسفة وعلم النفس وعلم الاجتماع، وختاما بخصائصها ومكوناتها ووظائفها ومصادرها ووسائط نقلها.

La notion des valeurs reste encore ambigui, et demeure contusionnée dans ces significations, chez la plupart ; malgré des efforts déployés .cependant, la notion se parait toujours présente dans nos discours éducatifs, culturels, social et religieux.
Le présent article a pour objet de définir cette notion de valeurs a travers son utilisation dans les différents champs académiques en notant la sociologie, la psychologie, la philosophie et la religion. Réessaientéclaircirsa signification selon l’approche psycho-sociologique, qui s’appuientsur les significations conventionnelles de cette notion ; cela par rapport à son intégrationthéorique philosophique, psychologique, sociologique et également la perspective religieuse, aussi que ses caractéristiques, ses composants, fonctions et ses classifications et ses sources.
