In this article, we will work to extrapolate and analyze the political philosophical discourse of the second teacher, who was famous for his philosophical works in which he made the problem of the state and citizenship a center in it, starting from the hypothesis that Al-Farabi was able to present a philosophical discourse through which he dealt with various basic issues that could contribute to enlightening the ruler and the ruled, including establishing a culture of citizenship and virtue in the city, and from it presenting a practical philosophical roadmap, through which one can build Landmarks of the city where everyone’s happiness is achieved. From there, he emphasized the civil nature of the state and the flexible and relative status of its laws. He also stressed the need to give the philosopher the opportunity to contribute in turn, through critical philosophical discourse, to forming a social-political awareness among the ruler and the ruled, so that each party knows what he has and what he owes, and to open the intellectual and political horizon, so that everyone can engage according to a moral social commitment in the success of the virtuous state project.

في مقالنا هذا سنعمل على استقراء وتحليل الخطاب الفلسفي السياسي للمعلم الثاني، الذي اشتهر بمؤلفاته الفلسفية التي جعل من إشكالية الدولة والمواطنة مركزا فيها، منطلقين بذلك من فرضية تمّكن الفارابي من تقديم خطاب فلسفي الم من خلاله بمختلف القضايا الأساسية التي يمكن أن تساهم في تنوير الحاكم والمحكوم ومنه التأسيس لثقافة المواطنة والفضيلة في المدينة، ومنه تقديم خارطة طريق فلسفية عملية، يمكن من خلالها بناء معالم المدينة التي تتحقق فيها سعادة الجميع. ومنه أكد الطبيعة المدنية للدّولة والوضع المرن والنسبي الذي تكون عليه قوانينها. كما أكد الحاجة إلى إعطاء الفرصة للفيلسوف ليسهم بدوره عن طريق الخطاب الفلسفي النقدي،في تشكيل وعي اجتماعي سياسي لدى الحاكم والمحكوم، ليعرف كل طرف ما له وما عليه، وفتح الأفق الفكري والسياسي، لينخرط الجميع وفق التزام اجتماعي أخلاقي في إنجاح مشروع الدولة الفاضلة

Dans cet article, nous travaillerons à extrapoler et à analyser le discours philosophique politique du deuxième professeur, célèbre pour ses écrits philosophiques dans lesquels il a placé le problème de l’État et de la citoyenneté au centre, en partant de l’hypothèse qu’Al-Farabi était capable de présenter un discours philosophique à travers lequel il traitait de diverses questions fondamentales qui pourraient contribuer à éclairer le dirigeant et les gouvernés, y compris l’établissement d’une culture de citoyenneté et de vertu dans la ville.Il s’agit notamment de présenter une feuille de route philosophique pratique à travers laquelle peuvent être construits les caractéristiques d’une ville dans laquelle le bonheur de chacun peut être atteint. À partir de là, il souligne le caractère civil de l’État et le statut flexible et relatif de ses lois. Il a également souligné la nécessité de donner au philosophe la possibilité de contribuer à son tour, à travers un discours philosophique critique, à façonner les Principes d’une ville dans laquelle le bonheur de chacun se réalise.
