The present study seeks to investigate the feasibility of developing a practical, computer-based proposal aimed at training media professionals, specifically journalists, in the principles and techniques of news writing. The proposed initiative draws upon advances in computational linguistics and automated language processing, leveraging these technologies to support the creation of digital training programs tailored to the Arabic language. The research adopts both a theoretical and applied approach. Theoretically, it examines key terminologies and the current landscape of journalistic training in Algeria, with a focus on identifying existing gaps and institutional challenges. Practically, it presents a prototype proposal for a computerized training tool designed to enhance the journalistic competencies of media practitioners, particularly in news writing and presentation. The study situates this proposal within a broader discourse on the intersection of language and technology, emphasizing the potential of computational tools to serve Arabic as a specialized language in media and communication.

يروم هذا البحث إلى السعي وراء إمكانية بناء مقترح تطبيقيّ يستهدف تكوين رجال الإعلام وبالأخصّ الصحافيين في تحرير الخبر الصحفيّ، بالاعتماد على ما توفره خدمات اللسانيات الحاسوبية من معالجة آلية للّغة وبناء برامج إلكترونيّة تُعنى بتعليم العربيّة وتيسير تقديم مادّتها على نطاق واسع، كما تستدعي طبيعة البحث الوقوف عند شقّ نظريّ متعلّق بمصطلحات البحث وواقع التكوين الإعلاميّ في الجزائر، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على تحديات تكوين الصحافيين والمأمول في المستقبل، من خلال شق تطبيقيّ متمثل في بناء مقترح حاسوبيّ متعلّق بتكوين رجال الصحافة في تحرير الخبر الصّحفي وتقديمه وعرضه أمام الجمهور، في حدود إشكالية عامّة ذات صلة باللّغة وعلاقتها بالحاسوب، وكيفية خدمته للعربيّة كلغة متخصصة في قطاع الإعلام.

Cette recherche s’attache à explorer la possibilité de concevoir un programme informatique destiné à former les professionnels des médias, en particulier les journalistes, aux techniques de rédaction journalistique. Le projet s’appuie sur les avancées en linguistique computationnelle et en traitement automatique du langage, afin de développer des outils numériques adaptés à l’enseignement de la langue arabe dans un contexte médiatique. L’étude adopte une double approche, à la fois théorique et pratique. Sur le plan théorique, elle analyse les concepts clés liés à la formation en journalisme et évalue la situation actuelle de l’encadrement professionnel des journalistes en Algérie, en mettant en lumière les principaux défis rencontrés. Sur le plan pratique, elle propose un modèle de programme numérique visant à améliorer les compétences rédactionnelles et de présentation des journalistes, et à le rendre accessible à un large public. Ce travail s’inscrit dans une réflexion plus large sur le lien entre langue et technologies numériques, et sur la manière dont celles-ci peuvent contribuer à valoriser l’arabe en tant que langue spécialisée dans le domaine des médias.
