This article answers a question: What are the conditions that prevent good performance from the professor? The scientific development in all its implications necessitates providing the best and the performance to be accurate and perfect. The university is the educational and social institution that has a major and fundamental role in the development of performance and productive competencies and scientific development; it strives to apply global standards in order to achieve quality in performance. One of the most important actors in improving the university is the university professor, and this can be measured through his job performance, except that through his career path he faces many social and a professional difficulty that may reduce his professional competence, and this is what we have reached through the content of this article.

يجيب هذا المقال عن سؤال ماهية سمات الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي وعوائق البيئة المهنية والاجتماعية التي تمنعه عن تحقيق أداء مميز؟ إن التطور العلمي بكل مضامينه يستوجب تقديم الأفضل وأن يكون الأداء بدقة وإتقان، وباعتبار أن الجامعة هي المؤسسة التعليمية والاجتماعية التي لها دور كبير وأساسي في تنمية الكفاءات الأدائية والإنتاجية والتطوير العلمي، فهي تسعى جاهدة لتطبيق المعايير العالمية من أجل تحقيق الجودة في الأداء. إذ أن من أهم الأفراد الفاعلة في تجويد الجامعة هو الأستاذ الجامعي ويمكن قياس ذلك من خلال أدائه الوظيفي، إلا أنه عبر مساره الوظيفي تعترضه العديد من الصعوبات الاجتماعية والمهنية التي قد تقلل من كفاءته المهنية، وهذا ما توصنا إليه من خلال مضمون هذا المقال.

Cet article répond à une question : quelles sont les conditions qui empêchent une bonne performance de la part du professeur ? Le développement scientifique dans toutes ses implications nécessite de fournir le meilleur et la performance pour être précis et parfait. L’université est l’institution éducative et sociale qui a un rôle majeur et fondamental dans le développement des performances et des compétences productives et le développement scientifique ; il s’efforce d’appliquer des normes mondiales afin d’atteindre une qualité de performance. L’un des acteurs les plus importants dans l’amélioration de l’université est le professeur d’université, et cela peut être mesuré à travers ses performances professionnelles, sauf que par son cheminement de carrière, il fait face à de nombreuses difficultés sociales et professionnelles qui peuvent réduire sa compétence professionnelle, et c’est ce que nous avons atteint à travers le contenu de cet article.
