This study aims to have a scientific vision that explains the mechanisms of the Islamic jurisprudence course and focuses on how to apply the tools of the linguistic course, in the field of deducting judgments, from a pragmatic standpoint, Islamic Jurisprudence scholars used a number of conjunctions in their studies under the title: Explanation of the conjunctions that language scholars need to know. They studied some conjunctions and applied them according to their uses in the linguistic group. In this study, we attempt to highlight the impossible conditional letter in Arabic« لو» (law) (IF), and try to explain it in the language course, its uses, how it contributes to the meaning, and deduce the judgments related to adult people.

تهدف هذه الدراسة لرؤية علمية توضح آليات الدرس الأصولي، وتركز على كيفية تفعيل أدوات الدرس اللغوي في مجال استنباط الأحكام؛ لتكون قيمة مضافة في ضوء مقاربة تداولية؛ حيث يتناول الأصوليون حروف معان في دراساتهم تحت عنوان ‹›تفسير حروف تشتد حاجة الفقهاء إلى معرفتها››، ذكروا ضمنها حروفا خصّوها بالدراسة والتطبيق وفق استعمالاتها وتداولها في المجموعة اللغوية، ونستعرض نحن هنا حرف الشرط الامتناعي (لو) ؛ محاولين تأصيلها في الدرس الأصولي، وطرق توظيفها، وكيف تسهم في تحرير المعنى، واستنباط الحكم المتعلق بالمكلّفين؟

Cette étude vise à avoir une vision scientifique qui explique les mécanismes du cours de jurisprudence islamique et se concentre sur la façon d’appliquer les outils du cours linguistique, dans le domaine de la déduction des jugements, d’un point de vue pragmatique, Les spécialistes de la jurisprudence islamique ont utilisé un certain nombre de conjonctions dans leurs études sous le titre : Explication des conjonctions que les spécialistes des langues doivent connaître. Ils ont étudié certaines conjonctions et les ont appliquées en fonction de leurs utilisations dans le groupe linguistique. Dans cette étude, nous essayons de mettre en évidence la lettre conditionnelle impossible en arabe « لو » (law) (si), et tenterons de l’expliquer dans le cours de langue, ses usages, comment elle contribue au sens, et en déduire les jugements liés aux personnes majeures.
