The new scientific mind by Michel Serres is in reality the over-parsing new scientific mind by Gaston Bachelard. Based on the idea of rupture. Through the adopting the idea of communication : exportation and importation between different scientific sides for topics, curriculum, concepts, which contribute in annul the idea of classification and the emergence of new science, and approch between scientific knowledge and non-scientific in form of encyclopedia based on free philosophy adopting the notions of chaos, coincidence and disorganisaion.

إن العقل العلمي الجديد-الجديد عند ميشال سير*، هو في حقيقته تجاوز للعقل العلمي الجديد عند غاستون باشلار، القائم على فكرة القطيعة، وذلك بتبنيه لفكرة التواصل أي النقل والاستيراد بين مختلف الجهويات العلمية، للمواضيع والمناهج والمفاهيم، مما يسهم في إلغاء فكرة التصنيف وظهور علوما جديدة، والتقريب بين المعارف العلمية وغير العلمية في شكل انسكلوبيديا، قائمة على فلسفة حرَّة متبنية لمفاهيم الفوضى والصدفة واللانظام.

Le nouveau nouvel esprit scientifique chez Michel Serres est en réalité un dépassement du nouveau esprit scientifique de Gaston Bachelard qui se base sur l’idée de la rupture. Michel adopte l’idée de l’interaction c’est-à-dire une alternance entre l’importation et l’exportation de diffères régions scientifiques pour le sujet, les doctrines et les idéaux. Ce principe engendre une disqualification de l’évaluation et un émergement de nouvelles science dune part, et un rapprochement de la scientificité avec l’empirisme d’autre part, sous forme dune encyclopédie réalisée à partir dune philosophie libre qui s’organise dans un paradigme d’anarchie de coïncidence et d’inorganisation.
