The analysis of training needs is of paramount importance in the field of training projects engineering. It can ensure the effectiveness of the training activities included in these projects, and constitutes a feedback for the educational system about the realization of the expected goals concerning employees’ training. The aim of this article is to provide a summarized analytical review of Training Needs literature according to the different theoretical frameworks; and to highlight the analytical process of these needs through exposing the different approaches and analysis levels adopted, and giving models of the methodological and technical procedures specific to each approach.

تكتسي عملية تحليل الاحتياجات التكوينية أهمية بالغة في ميدان هندسة مشاريع التكوين، ذلك أن من شأنها أن تضمن فعالية الأنشطة التكوينية التي تتضمنها تلك المشاريع من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى فإنها تعتبر بمثابة تغذية راجعة أو تقييم بالنسبة للنظام التربوي (في شقه المتعلق برسكلة وتكوين المستخدمين) حول مدى نجاعته في تحقيق الغايات المسطرة.
وهذاالمقاليهدفإلىإعطاء حوصلة لمختلف النظريات أو المقاربات التي تناولتمفهوم الاحتياجات التكوينية، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على عملية تحليل تلك الاحتياجاتمن خلال عرض مختلف المقاربات العلمية التي تناولت عملية تحليلها، مع إعطاء نماذج حول الإجراءات المنهجية والتقنيةالأكثر استخداما في عملية تحليل تلك الاحتياجات.

L’analyse des besoins de formation est d’une importance capitale dans le domaine de l’ingénierie des projets de formation. Elle peut garantir, d’une part, l’efficacité des activités de formation que contiennent ces projets, et peut constituer, d’autre part, un feed-back concernant le degré d’atteinte des finalités attendues par les actions concrètes du système de formation.
L’objectif de cet article est de rendre compte des diverses visions scientifiques relatives aux différentes approches théoriques qui ont contribué, par leurs travaux, à l’analyse de ces besoins de formation, et ce, en exposant quelques techniques méthodologiques propres à chacune de ces approches.
