English

The origin of the term is that it is a specific linguistic sign, developed by a special group in a specific scientific or cultural field, to indicate a specific concept and achieve it, but the linguistic reality proves that the different domains borrow terms from each other, in an increasing or decreasing way according to the needs, and the term passes from one domain to another, carrying its original concept; and decomposing from its previous relations in its original domain, to establish new relations with the terms of the new domain in a selective and intentional way.
This study aims to verify the importance of the terminological transfer between the domains through the specialized encyclopedic lexicon of Al-Khwarizmi “Mafatih al-Ulum”, So, Al-Khwarizmi called writers and linguists to be able to understand the terminology of various domains of knowledge and not to leave the terminology exclusive to its own group, we have chosen the medical term as a study model, by examining its characteristics, definitions and functions, which go beyond the construction and organization of medical knowledge to its deliberative investment in the production of new knowledge.
The work concluded that Al-Khawarizmi’s call was useful, because the use of medical terms in various discourses contributes more to their deliberative character, and medical terminology is expanding, without losing its medical specificity, its original affiliations to the medical field.

الأصلُ في المصطلح أنْ يكونَ علامةً لسانيّة مخصوصةً وَضَعَتها جماعةٌ خاصّة في مجال معرفيّ علميّ أو ثقافيّ مخصوصٍ ليدلَّ على مفهومٍ مخصوصٍ ويحقّق التّداول فيها، لكنّ الواقع اللّغوي يُثبتُ استعارةَ المجالات المختلفة مصطلحات بعضها البعض بشكلٍ يزيدُ أو ينقص حسب الحاجة، حيثُ ينتَقِل المصطلح من مجالِه إلى مجالٍ آخر حاملاً مفهومَه الأصلي ومتحلّلا بعض الشّيء من علاقاته المُسبقَة في مجاله الأصلي ليُنشئ َ علاقات جديدة مع مصطلحات المجال الجديد بطريقٍ فيه انتقائية وقصدية. تَهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التّحقّق من أهمّية النّقل المصطلحي بين المجالات من خلال معجم الخوارزمي المتخصّص الموسوعي «مفاتيح العلوم» حيثُ دعا الخوارزمي الكُتّابَ واللّغويين إلى ضرورة التّمكّن من مصطلحات المجالات المعرفيّة على اختلافها، وعدم تركها حِكراً على جماعتها الخاصّة، هذا التّمكّن يتمَظهَر في مُستَوَيَي فَهم خطابات المجالات الأخرى ، وإنتاج خطابات غير مُنغلقة على نَفسها مُنفتِحة على المعارف الإنسانية باختلافها، واخترنا المصطلح الطّبّي نموذجا للدّراسة ببحثِ خصائصه وتعريفاته ووظائفه التّي يمكنُ أن تتجاوزَ بناء المعرفة الطّبّيّة وتنظيمها إلى استثمارِها تداوليّا في إنتاج معارف جديدة في مجالات غير طبّيّة كالدّين والفلسفة خصوصا. انتهى العَمل إلى أنّ دعوة الخوارزمي لها جدواها؛ فتوظيفُ المصطلحات الطّبّية في الخطابات المتنوّعة يسهِم في تداوليتها أكثر، وانفتاحها على آفاق أعمق دون أن تقطع المصطلحات الطّبّيّة خُصوصياتها الطّبّيّة وانتماءاتها الأصليّة للميدان الطّبّي.

l’origine du terme est qu’il s’agit d’un signe linguistique spécifique, développé par un groupe spécial dans un domaine scientifique ou culturel spécifique, pour indiquer un concept spécifique et y parvenir, mais la réalité linguistique prouve que les différents domaines empruntent des termes entre eux, de manière croissante ou décroissante selon les besoins, où le terme passe de son domaine à un autre, portant son concept original et se décomposant un peu de ses relations précédentes dans son domaine d’origine, pour établir de nouvelles relations avec les termes du nouveau domaine de manière sélective et intentionnelle.cette étude vise à vérifier l’importance du transfert terminologique entre les domaines à travers le lexique encyclopédique spécialisé d’Al-Khawarizmi «Mafatih al-Ulum», où Al-Khwarizmi a appelé les écrivains et les linguistes à la nécessité de maîtriser la terminologie des différents domaines cognitifs, et ne pas la laisser exclusive à son propre groupe, nous avons choisi le terme médical comme modèle d’étude en examinant ses caractéristiques, ses définitions et ses fonctions qui vont au-delà de la construction et de l’organisation des connaissances médicales à son investissement délibératif dans la production de nouvelles connaissances.Le travail a conclu que l’appel d’Al-Khawarizmi était utile, parce que l’utilisation des termes médicaux dans divers discours contribue davantage à leur caractère délibératif, et son ouverture vers des horizons plus profonds sans que la terminologie médicale interrompe ses particularités médicales et ses affiliations originales au domaine médical.
