The estimates of university teachers in relation to effectiveness degree of training in distance education programme: Sétif 2University as a model. The objective of this study is to measure the degree of teachers’ estimates of the training programme entitled ‘design, construction and use of a course on the Moodle platform’. To achieve this goal we designed a questionnaire of (34) items encompassing the three systems of the programme: entry, learning and exit system. In addition to the pole of the general professional culture, we administrated it to (70) teachers affiliated to Mohamed LamineDebaghineSetif2 University. The results obtained displayed that teachers expressed a high degree of estimation with respect to the axis of the general professional culture and the axis of the entry system, with regard to the third axis, the system of learning, was of equal preponderance between the high and medium degree, while the degree of estimation was average for the axis comprising the exit system, of the training from which they benefited.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تقديرات الأساتذة لدرجة فعالية التكوين لبرنامج تصميم وبناء واستعمال درس عن بعد باستخدام منصة مودل Moodle. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من (70) أستاذا ينتمون لجامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف، والذين استفادوا من تكوين في هذا البرنامج. وقد قامت الباحثتان بتصميم مقياس تضمن (34) فقرة تغطي أنظمة البرنامج الثلاثة: نظام الدخول والتعلّم ونظام الخروج. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ تقديرات الأساتذة لدرجة فعالية التكوين على البرنامج الذي استفادوا منه كانت عالية في بعد الثقافة المهنية العامة ونظام الدخول للبرنامج، وجاءت مناصفة بين الدرجة العالية والمتوسطة في نظام التعلّم في حين كانت متوسطة في نظام الخروج، ما يتطلب تكثيف التكوين في مجال التكوين عن بعد مع تأمين بنية تحتية متينة.

L’objectif de cette étude est de mesurer le degré des estimations des enseignants, sur le programme de formation intitulé : « conception, construction et utilisation d’un cours sur la plate-forme Moodle ». Pour réaliser cet objectif, nous avons conçu un questionnaire composé de (34) items englobant les trois systèmes du programme : système d’entrée, d’apprentissage et de sortie, plus l’axe de la culture professionnelle générale. Ce questionnaire a été distribué auprès de (70) enseignants, affiliés à l’université Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif2 . Les résultats obtenus ont démontré un degré d’estimation élevé par-rapport à l’axe de la culture professionnelle générale et l’axe du système d’entrée, pour ce qui est du 3ème et 4ème axe, concernant le système d’apprentissage et le système de sortie le degré d’estimation s’est révélé moyen. Ce qui exige une formation consistante et adéquate avec le paradigme de l’enseignement à distance.
