This study deals with climate change as one of the environmental priorities that is strongly raised around the world, whether through the activities of associations and environmental organizations, international conferences or through various media including blogs. The study explores this issue via blogs and specifically the blog of the World Organization for the Protection of the Environment (OMPE), through the analysis of articles about climate change during the years 2017-2018. The paper covers two aspects: the first defines the methodological and theoretical background of the study and the second focuses on the analytical and practical study.

تعالج هذه الدراسة ظاهرة تغير المناخ كإحدى الأولويات البيئية المطروحة بقوة في العالم ، سواء من خلال نشاطات الجمعيات والمنظمات البيئية أو المؤتمرات الدولية أو من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة منها المدونات الإلكترونية ،بالتركيز على كيفية تناول هذا الموضوع عبر المدونات الإلكترونية وتحديدا مدونة المنظمة العالمية لحماية البيئة "OMPE"،من خلال تحليل التدوينات المتعلقة بتغير المناخ والمدونة خلال سنتي 2017-2018 شكلا ومضمونا حيث اشتملت الدراسة على جانبين: الأول يحدد الإجراءات المنهجية والنظرية للدراسة، والثاني يتضمن الدراسة الميدانية التحليلية.

Cette étude aborde le sujet du changement climatique comme l'une des priorités environnementales fortement soulevée dans le monde, que ce soit par les activités des associations, des organisations environnementales et des conférences internationales ou par les divers médias tels que les blogs. Nous nous intéressons dans cet article à la façon de traiter ce sujet par les blogs comme celui de l'Organisation Mondiale de Protection de l'Environnement (OMPE) à travers l'analyse des articles du changement climatique écrits au cours de l’année 2017-2018. Cette étude comprend deux volets : le premier est réservé aux procédures méthodologiques et théoriques et le second est consacré à l'étude pratique analytique
