 The multiple abilities of the computer which penetrates matters related to our lives remain astonish as life goes on. Being dependent on computers has structured fundamental components of teaching processes in the most of countries across the globe as well as educational institutions. Though inventors of this technology never anticipate, it could contribute dynamically to field of teaching Arabic Language. However, the reality confirms that the concerned authorities of teaching Arabic Language have adapted the technological potentials of computer in facilitating teaching Arabic Language. Thus, the level of their success and making use of it are dependent on their creative abilities. Instructors who are concerned with teaching Arabic Language hold expectations and aspirations that meet learners’ needs. The instructors used modern and religious approaches to teaching processes. As a result, their efforts emerged in various forms and dimensions.

يتناول هذا المقالأهمية الكتاب الإلكتروني في تنمية الحصيلة اللغوية، وجملة من القضايا المتعلقة به، حيث حاولنا رسم مشهد له بالمؤسسات التعليمية واستشراف مستقبله، وأهميته في العميلة التعليمية بعامة وفي تنمية الحصيلة اللغوية بخاصة، ومميزات القراءة الإلكترونية، ومآخذ الكتاب الإلكتروني.

كما حاولنا أيضا بيان مدى استخدام المدرسة لوسائل الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة وتكنولوجيا العصر، لتحقيق أهدافها المتمثلة في تقديم تعليم نوعي، والحفاظ على موقعها واستمراريتها في ظلّ تحديات المجتمع الرقمي التي تواجهها هذه المؤسسة عبر كامل القطر الوطني والعربي.

Notre étude actuelle portera des éléments privilégiés qu’est les  outils audio- visuelle (l’ordinateur) en tant qu’outils incontournables du processus pédagogique dans la didactique des langues, et  le développement la compétence communicative, et  la didactique de la langue arabe, dans  le  domaine de la  communication et de expression des besoins vitaux et sociale. C’est pourquoi, il fallait évolue la compétence communicative chez l’étudiant pour qu’elle puisse répond aux besoins de la société et de l’individu.

Pendons l’apprentissage de la langue arabe ou bien les langues étrangère, il fallait   donner l’importance à la compétence communicative, et a la langue fonctionnelle que l’élève a besoin pour communiquer dans la classe ou dans la vie professionnelle.
