Instructions for Associate Editors and Reviewers

Dear associate editors,
In order to improve the quality of scientific publications and to further develop our journal, and in accordance with the recommendations of the supervising ministry, I am pleased, in my capacity as Editor-in-Chief, to share with you the following guidelines, which we kindly ask you to respect and implement:
Associate editors are requested to regularly monitor the activity of reviewers, and to ensure the updating and proper management of the reviewers’ list, making sure that their scientific expertise and specific specializations are relevant, in order to guarantee the quality of the review process.
The issuance of review certificates must be organized exclusively through the associate editors, in accordance with the established procedures, to ensure transparency and good administrative management.
Reviewers and associate editors are encouraged to contribute scientifically by proposing or preparing high-quality articles that help strengthen the structure of published issues and support the journal’s scientific orientations.
It is essential to ensure that submitted articles are free from any content that may conflict with public morals, the values of our Muslim religion, national principles, and the mission of the university, while respecting research ethics and academic publishing standards.
We would also like to emphasize the following points:
- Respect review deadlines and respond to submissions within the required timeframes.
- Maintain objectivity and strict confidentiality in evaluating scientific work, as well as in editorial board discussions and journal management decisions.
- Apply rigorous and consistent scientific criteria to ensure the integrity and quality of research.
- Encourage original and innovative research that adds real scientific value and enhances the visibility of the university.
- Strengthen communication and coordination between editorial board members and reviewers to ensure efficient information flow and effective work processes. Adhering to these guidelines will help strengthen the position of the journal and elevate it to the level of recognized scientific journals.
