The agricultural rénovation Policy has aimed at altering the conditions of the agricultural sector and liberating It in order to integrate in the global economy, The creation of a new relationship between the man and the land enhances the performance of the national agriculture given the fact that the government is required to adhere to the standards of the international competition which is based on competence, efficiency and quality, The aforementioned policy has laid the foundation to a special system of support which allows to involve the farmers in rural areas mainly in the national development. Farmers must be involved in tailoring the developmental plans in the agricultural sector through taking into consideration their views, ambitious and the environment.

سعت سياسة التجديد الفلاحي إلى تغيير أوضاع القطاع الفلاحي والتوجه نحو ليبراليته بغية الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، وذلك من خلال خلق علاقات جديدة بين الإنسان والأرض قصد تحسين أداء الفلاحة الوطنية، والدولة مرغمة على اتباع معايير المنافسة العالمية القائمة على الكفاءة والفعالية والنوعية، وقد وضعت السياسة المذكورة نظام دعم خاص يتم من خلاله إشراك الفلاحين وخاصة منهم سكان الريف في التنمية الوطنية. ينبغي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار آراء وطموحات الفلاح وبيئته وإشراكه بصفة عامة في اتخاذ أي خطة تنموية تتعلق بالقطاع الفلاحي.

La politique de renouvellement agricole se donne pour objectif de changer la situation de l’agriculture et d’aller vers la libéralisation en vue de l’intégration à l’économie mondiale, Et cela par la mise en place de nouveaux rapports entre l’homme et la terre destinés à améliorer les performances de l’agriculture algérienne. L’Etat algérien est tenu de respecter les paramètres de la concurrence mondiale qui reposent sur la compétence, l’efficience et la qualité. La politique agricole a institué un soutien particulier qui fait participer les agriculteurs au développement national, notamment parmi eux les habitants de campagne. Pour cela, il doit être tenu compte des avis et des ambitions de l’agriculteur ainsi que de leur environnement, comme il faut les faire participer d’une manière générale à toute démarche de développement portant sur le secteur agricole.
