القيم الثقافية و دورها في نقل التكنولوجيا

Abstract

English

 The subject of cultural values is very important to both the developing as well as the developed countries.this paper aims to understand the developing countries cultural values that have direct or indirect relationship with technology transfer.it is written in three major sections with an introduction and a conclusion.in the first section ,some theoretical background was given .it dealt with defining the paper major coneepts cultural values and technology transfer.also,how culture affects personality an dbehavior was given .however,in the second section two main issues were discussed .these were the neutral values such as language and traditions and anegative cultural values such as low work motivation ,dislinking of blue collar jobs and mismanagement of time.the third section of the paper considered some of the developing countires work disasters such as the Bhopal disaster in India 1984that were the result of not taking cultural values into consideration while transferring technology.

عتبر موضوع القيم الثقافية موضوعا ذا أهمية بالغة، و الاهتمام به سيساعد دون شك في فهم الشعوب و خاصة في البلدان النامية و بالتالي المساهمة في إنجاح مشاريع التنمية المختلفة فيها.تعتبر هذه الورقة مساهمة أخرى تضاف إلى ما يقوم به الباحثون الآخرون لفهم القيم الثقافية في البلدان النامية و علاقتها بنقل التكنولوجيا. و قد تضمنت ثلاثة عناصر رئيسية بالإضافة إلى مقدمة و خاتمة و قائمة المراجع.لقد خصص العنصر الأول للقيم الثقافية مركزا أولا على عرض مفاهيم الورقة الرئيسية و هي الثقافة و القيم و نقل التكنولوجيا.و ثانيا على تأثير القيم الثقافية في الشخصية مبينا بصورة أساسية تأثيرها في الجانب المعرفي،و في الجانب الوجداني و في الجانب السلوكي،و ثالثا على العلاقة بين القيم الثقافية و السلوك مبينا أن العلاقة بينهما ليست علاقة مباشرة لكن محكومة بمتغيرات وسيطة أهمها الموقف الثقافي المعين و القيم الثقافية ذاتها و الفرد حامل القيمة الثقافية
