The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between the level of self-determined motivation among students who are newly involved in sports activities and the nature of their body awareness, so that body awareness is either negative or positive through the students’ view of their body image or through the opinions of others according to their appreciation. A self-determined scale of motivation according to the Brière model. Vallerand. Balis et Pelletier 1995 and the body image scale prepared by Samia Muhammad Saber Muhammad Abd al-Nabi, So that the study was conducted on a sample of female students at the University of Souk Ahras, and its number was 80 students between the ages of (20-21) years who practiced various sports activities on a regular basis that they have recently been involved in, and the results showed the presence of low levels in the perception of body image and a high level in self-determined motivation as well. The results revealed a negative relationship between self-determined motivation and the nature of body image perception.

يكان الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة العلاقة بين مستوى الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا لدى الطالبات المنخرطات في الانشطة الرياضية حديثا وطبيعة إدراك الجسد لديهن، بحيث إدراك الجسد يكون اما سلبي او اجابي من خلال نظرة الطالبات لصورة جسدهن او من خلال اراء الاخرين حسب تقديرهن، وتم استعمال مقياس الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا حسب نموذج Brière. Vallerand. Balis et Pelletier 1995 ومقياس صورة الجسد الذي اعدته سامية محمد صابر محمد عبدالنبي ، بحيث اجريت الدراسة على عينة من الطالبات بجامعة سوق اهراس وكان قوامها 80 طالبة اعمارهن بين (20-21) سنة ممارسات لأنشطة رياضية مختلفة بصورة منتظمة تم الانخراط فيها حديثا، وقد اظهرت النتائج وجود مستويات منخفضة في ادراك صورة الجسد ومستوى مرتفع في الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا كما اظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية بين الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا و طبيعة ادراك صورة الجسد.

L’objectif de cette recherche est de découvrir la relation entre le niveau de motivation autodéterminée chez les étudiants qui sont récemment impliqués dans des activités sportives et la nature de leur La nature de la perception de l’image corporelle, de sorte que la perception de l’image corporelle soit négative ou positive selon le point de vue des étudiantes. De leur image corporelle ou à travers les opinions des autres selon leur appréciation. Une échelle de motivation autodéterminée selon le modèle de Brière. Vallerand. Balis et Pelletier 1995 et l’échelle d’image corporelle préparée par Samia Muhammad Saber Muhammad Abd al-Nabi, Ainsi, l’étude a été menée sur un échantillon d’étudiantes à l’Université de Souk Ahras, et son effectif était de 80 étudiantes âgés de ( 20-21) ans qui ont pratiqué régulièrement diverses activités sportives auxquelles ils ont récemment participé, et les résultats ont montré la présence de niveaux faibles dans la perception de l’image corporelle et également d’un niveau élevé de motivation autodéterminée. Les résultats ont révélé une relation négative entre la motivation autodéterminée et la nature de la perception de l’image corporelle.
