The issue of children’s social care is currently among the important topics for the scientific community and mainly in the field of sociology and social service. It has even gained a prominent place in the scale of priorities for social welfare policies, whether at the local or at the international level, given that children are the long-term source of wealth in society. This study aims to explore the integrative role of social service methods in childcare, and concludes that the social worker practices his professional interventions in the field of childcare by relying on three important methods; the method of serving the individual, the method of community service, and the method of community organization. These methods work in an integrated manner for the purpose of childcare.

يعد موضوع الرعاية الاجتماعية للأطفال في الوقت الراهن من بين المواضيع المهمة لدى الأوساط العلمية في ميدان علم الاجتماع والخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة خاصة، بل وأصبحت تحتل مكانة بارزة في سلم الأولويات لسياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية سواء على المستوى المحلي أو على المستوى الدولي، وذلك على اعتبار أن الأطفال هم مصدر الثروة في المجتمع على المدى البعيد؛ فهم جيل المستقبل ورجال الغد. هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن الدور التكاملي لطرق الخدمة الاجتماعية في مجال رعاية الطفولة، وتوصلت إلى أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي يقوم بممارسة تدخلاته المهنية في مجال رعاية الأطفال بالاعتماد على ثلاثة طرق وأساليب مهمة جدا؛ وهي طريقة خدمة الفرد وطريقة خدمة الجماعة وطريقة تنظيم المجتمع؛ بحيث تعمل هذه الطرق بصورة متكاملة هدفها هو رعاية الطفولة.
