  إنّ الجامعة الجزائرية أمام وضع يفرض عليها بذل جهد كبير للتكيف مع المتغيرات العميقة التي طرأت على محيطها ورفع التحديات الناجمة عنها، وذلك بتبنيها لنظام LMD(السيانس ماستر دكتوراه)والذي يهدف بالدرجة الأولى إلى تحقيق نوعية التكوين الجامعي إلاّ أنها لقيت بعض الصعوبات نأخذ منها وضعية الأستاذ الجامعي بين حاجاته التدريبية ومدى تكيفه مع متطلبات هذا النظام الجديد

The Algerian university is in front of a situation in whitch,it must expend a tremendous effort to adapt with deep changes that has occurred  in its environment. In order to confront the changes. The university must enhance challenges by taking into account the L.M.D system (licence-master –doctorate),which aims in the first place to obtain university training quality, however the university is facing some difficulties:the teacher’s situation and his adaptation with the demands of this new system
