It is imperative for the institutions of professional training to consider competences as the most accurate criterion to assess a professional practice. Attention must be focused on competences that students must acquire by the end of the training; about the construction and the effective achievement of these said competences. The importance of the concept “competence” and its multiple dimensions appears as part of this pragmatic vision.

إنّهُ لَمِن الأمر المُلْزِم على مؤسسات التكوين المهني اعتبار الكفايات المهنية المقياس الأدق عند محاولة القيام بتقييم ممارسة مهنية. ولهذا يَظهر اهتمام الوحدة الإنتاجية بالكفايات المهنية لدىمُوَظِّفيها، حيث يتمحورُ الانشغال على الكفايات المهنية الواجب تَوَفُّرَها؛ وعليه وَجَبَ التكفّل الصارم ببناء هذه الكفايات وتوضيحها، وذلك لغرض تقييمها وتحقيقِها بالمستوى المقبول. في إطار هذه الرؤية البرجماتية تظهر أهمية مفهوم الكفايات وأبعادها.

Il est impératif pour les institutions de formation professionnelle de considérer les compétences comme le critère le plus précis permettant d’évaluer une pratique professionnelle. On note la préoccupation de l’unité de production des compétences professionnelles chez ses employés. L’attention est focalisée sur celles devant être acquises avec un niveau acceptable. Dans cette vision pragmatique apparait l’importance du concept de compétences et ses dimensions.
