This research follows one of critic conviction dimensions of Abdul Malik Mortadh in his demarche to create equilibrium between patrimony and modernity, his efforts were presented and authenticated some of modern critic theories in ancient arab critic those are formality, literature, ecart and intersexuality. the researche has concluded by knowing and cognition of the sprawl knowledge of arab critic patrimony and its capacity in dissociation and reformulate it modernistic

يتابع هذا البحث أحد أبعاد المعتقد النقدي لدى عبد الملك مرتاض في سعيه خلق التوازن بين التراث والحداثة، فعرض وناقش جهوده في تأصيل بعض النظريات النقدية الحداثية في النقد العربي القديم، وهي: الشكلانية، والأدبية، والانزياح، والتناص، وقد خلص البحث لإدراك الامتداد المعرفي الذي يحظى به التراث النقدي العربي وقابليته للتفكيك وإعادة صياغته في حلة عصرية.

Cette recherche suit l’une des dimensions de la conviction critique d’Abdul Malik Mortadh dans sa quête d’un équilibre entre le patrimoine et la modernité. Il a été présenté ici et a présenté ses efforts pour ancrer certaines des théories modernistes critiques dans la critique arabe antique, à savoir: la formalité, la littérature, le glissement et l’Intertextualité.
