The present study aims at identifying the role of Professional insertion programs in reducing the feeling of social exclusion among university graduates in Algeria, who are placed in the framework of the social insertion assistance system in the departments of education, youths and sports, and higher education in the wilaya of Mila. The study tool was a questionnaire of (21) items distributed to (72) individuals representing university graduates placed in this direction. The results of the study revealed that the Social insertion assistance system has an average role in reducing the feeling of social exclusion among university graduates.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور برامج الإدماج المهني في خفض درجة الشعور بالإقصاء الاجتماعي لدى حاملي الشهادات الجامعية في الجزائر المنصبين في إطار جهاز المساعدة على الإدماج الاجتماعي بمديريات التربية التعليم العالي والشباب والرياضة لولاية ميلة، تم إعداد استبيان تكون من (21) عبارة؛ طبق على (72) فردا يمثلون حاملي الشهادات الجامعية المنصبين في إطار هذا الجهاز بهذه المديريات، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن لجهاز المساعدة على الإدماج الاجتماعي دور في خفض درجة الشعور بالإقصاء الاجتماعي لدى حاملي الشهادات الجامعية بمستوى متوسط.

Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle des programmes d’insertion professionnelle dans la réduction du sentiment d’exclusion sociale chez les diplômés universitaires en Algérie, qui sont placés dans le cadre du système d’aide à l’insertion sociale dans les directions de l’éducation, de la jeunesse et du sport, et l’enseignement supérieur dans la wilaya de Mila. L’outil d’étude était un questionnaire de(21) items distribué à (72)individus représentant des diplômés universitaires placés dans ces directions. Les résultats de l’étude ont révélé que le dispositif d’Aide à l’insertion sociale a un rôle moyen dans la réduction du sentiment d’exclusion sociale chez les diplômés universitaires.
