The militant Nassima Hablal the personal secretary of Abane Ramadan: From the Algerian people’s party to the liberation revolution (1947-1962)

Nassima Hablal, is one of the active young women in the Algerian liberation revolution. She started political struggle in 1947 with the Algerian People's Party and at the age of 16 years old alongside other activists. Her beginnings, in the revolutionary work, were by receiving Abane Ramadan after his release from prison alongside Mohammed Yazid. She became the personal secretary of Abane Ramadan, and the secretary of the Coordination and Implementation Committee after the Soumam conference. She was the first to work on publishing the first edition of Al-Moudjahid newspaper and promoted it under the guidance of Abane, as she was his right arm at work, especially after her marriage to the Moudjahid Muhammad Mekaddem. She was arrested for a year and then released to return to work with the General Union of Algerian Workers alongside Aissat Idir.  In 1957, she was arrested again and subjected to torture in the Blue Hats head office.  In the prisons where she had been jailed, she met Amara Rachid, Abane Ramadan, Jamila Bouhired and other freedom fighters (Moudjahidin). After independence, she was appointed as the first director of the Vocational Training Center in Bir Khadem but she remained unknown and lived on the margins of history, as she did not receive any historical attention. Therefore, the historical researches about her fighting remained very little.

تعتبر شخصية المجاهدة نسيمة هبلال من الشابات الفاعلات في الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية ، دخلت ميدان النضال السياسي في 1947مع حزب الشعب الجزائري وعمرها لم يتجاوز 16سنة إلىجانب مناضلا ت  أخريات ، بداياتها في العمل الثوري كان باستقبال عبان رمضان بعد خروجه من السجن إلىجانب محمد يزيد حيث أصبحت نسيمة هبلال السكرتيرة الشخصية لعبان رمضان، وسكرتيرة لجنة التنسيق والتنفيذ بعد مؤتمر الصومام ، كانت أول من عمل على إصدار أول عدد من  جريدة المجاهد ورقنها بتوجيهات من عبان حيث كانت ذراعه الأيمن في العمل خاصة بعد زواجها من المجاهد  محمد مقدم.  ألقي عليها القبض لمدة عام ثم أطلق سراحها لتعود للعمل في إطار الاتحادالعام للعمال الجزائريين إلى جانب عيسات إيدير، لتعتقلمرة أخرى في 1957وتتعرض للتعذيب في مقر القبعات الزرق، وفي السجون التي تداولت عليها التقت بعمارة رشيد وعبان رمضان وجميلة بوحيرد وغيرهم من المجاهدين لتعين بعد الاستقلال أول مديرة لمركز التكوين المهني في بير خادم، غير أنها بقيت من النساء اللواتي عشن في الظل وظلت على هامش التاريخ ولم تحظ بالاهتمام التاريخي لهذا بقيت المادة التاريخية حول جهادها قليلة جدا.

La personnalité de la moudjahida Nassima hablel est considérée parmi les jeunes actantes dans la révolution de libération algérienne, Elle a accédé au domaine du militantisme politique en 1947 avec le PPA, son âge ne dépassait pas les seize ans aux côtés d’autres militantes. Ses débuts dans le travail révolutionnaire étaient la réception de abane ramdane après sa sortie de la prison à côté de mohamed yazid . Nassima hablel est devenue la secrétaire personnelle de abane ramdane et la secrétaire du comité de cordination et d’exécution après le congrès de la Soummam.      Elle fut emprisonnée durant une année puis relâchée pour se remettre au travail dans le cadre de UGTA (union générale des travailleurs algériens) au côtés de Aisset Idir. Emprisonnée encore une fois en 1957, elle fut toturée dans le siège des casques bleus dans les prisons par lesquelles elle est passée, elle rencontre Amara rachid, abane ramdane, Djamila bouhired et autres moudjahidines, elle fut nomée après l’indépendance, première directrice du centre de formation professionnelle à bir khadem. Néanmoins, elle fut l’une des femmes qui ont vécues à l’ombre et demeuré sur la marge de l’histoire.

Elle n’a aucun intérêt historique, ce qui a rendu la matière historique sur son militantisme assez rare.
