Aesthetic values of external sound geometry in modern poem, the case of: Wojouh El-Sindibad written by Khalil Hawi

Abstract

English

The esthetic value of the external phonological structure, regarding the modern poem, in general, and Wojouh El-Sindibad, in particular, lays largely in the geometric form of the new way of poem writing and the title which is the first step towards the poem’s content, without forgetting the poet’s role as an engineer in combining the present inherent sound in the poem and the absent sound that comes from outside through using the technique of "Intertextuality". Moreover, the poet uses the musicality that Bahr El-Raml contains, fulfilling, through the disparity, alignment and difference between the tones and the lengths of the lines, a high degree of musical diversity that reflects the beauty of the external acoustic rhythm, in addition to the presence of some changes that occur in verses like Ezihafat and Elillal which make the listener less predictable and more excited about discovering the following rhythm of each verse.

تكمن القيم الجمالية للهندسة الصّوتية الخارجية في القصيدة المعاصرة عامّة ووجوه السّندباد خاصّة، في الشّكل الهندسي للكتابة الشعرية الحديثة الّذي يحمل في طيّاته بذور التّغيير، وكذا في الوقوف على العتبة الأولى لفهم النّص وهي العنوان، الّذي يعدّ مفتاحا من مفاتيح الولوج لعالم القصيدة. ناهيك عن امتهان الشّاعر وظيفة المهندس من خلال حُسن جمعه بين الصّوت الحاضر الكامن في الدّاخل والصّوت الغائب الوافد من الخارج من خلال تقنية التّناص.وكذا جودة استغلال النغمات الموسيقية، التي تتوفر لبحر الرّمل، محققا بفضل التفاوت والائتلاف والاختلاف بين النغمات وأطوال الأسطر الشعرية، درجة عالية من التنوع الموسيقي المترجم لجمالية الإيقـاع الصوتـي الخارجـي، مـع ورود بعـض الزحافـات والعلل من أجل كسر أفق التوقّع لدى الملتقي، وجعله دائم الترقب والانتظار لمعرفة الوتيرة الموسيقية لكلّ سطر شعري.

Les valeurs esthétiques, qui caractérisent la géométrie du son dans le  poème moderne en général, et le cas de Sindibad en particulier, se voient dans la forme géométrique adoptée dans l’écriture d’un poème qui contient en germe des changements. Ces valeurs se voient aussi dans le fait de se concentrer sur le titre qui est indispensable pour comprendre le contenu du poème. Il est à noter que le poète lui- même joue un rôle essentiel en tant qu’un ingénieur pouvant combiner le son présent à l’intérieur et le son absent qu’on entend de l’extérieur. Cette combinaison se fait grâce à l’intertextualité ainsi que le bon exploit des tonalités musicales dont dispose Bahr Raml et qui présente une variété musicale reflétant la beauté du rythme acoustique extérieur. En outre, il existe   certains changements au niveau des vers comme Ezihafat et Elillal, ce qui rend le récepteur plus attentif en suivant le rythme de chaque vers.
