The role of self-efficacy sources in predicting the orientation of fourth-year students through the use of regression logistic binary-

Abstract

English

The study aimed to predict the appropriate study guidance for middle school students of the fourth-year grade according to their sources of self-efficacy, so that a ladder was prepared to measure the self-efficacy, where it was built on the sources of self-efficacy identified by "Bandura". Moreover, it was relied on a statistical method, which is the bilateral logistic regression that is for processing data from the study sample of 549of middle school fourth-year grade students who were randomly selected from the middle schools of Setif City. The study found that the sources of self-efficacy are considered good in terms of the appropriate study guidance for the middle school students of the fourth-year grade, so that these sources are arranged according to their predictive ability in the following form: (verbal persuasion, physiological state, performance achievements, alternative experiences).

تهدف الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالتوجيه الدراسي الملائم لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط تبعا لمصادر فعاليتهم الذاتية، من أجل ذلك تم إعداد سلم لقياس هذه الفعالية، حيث تم بناءه على مصادر الفعالية الذاتية التي حددها ''باندورا''، إضافة إلى ذلك تم الاعتماد على أسلوب إحصائي وهو الانحدار اللوجستي الثنائي، وهذا بغرض معالجة البيانات المستمدة من عينة الدراسة المكونة من 549تلميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من متوسطات سطيف.

 توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مصادر الفعالية الذاتية تعتبر مؤشراتجيدة للتوجيه الدراسي الملائم لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط، فقد رتبت هذه المصادر تبعا لقدرتها التنبئية على الشكل التالي: (الإقناع اللفظي، الحالة الفيسيولوجية، الإنجازات الأدائية، الخبرات البديلة).

L’étude vise à prédire l'orientation scolaire appropriée pour les élèves de la quatrième année moyenne en fonction de leurs sources d'auto-efficacité, de sorte qu'une échelle a été préparée pour la mesurer, selon les sources de l'auto-efficacité identifiée par « Bandura ». Nous avons adopté une méthode statistique qui est la régression logistique bilatérale, dans le but de traiter les données de l'échantillon d'étude de 549élèves en quatrième année moyenne, qui ont été choisis au hasard parmi les moyennes de Sétif ville. L'étude a révélé que les sources d'auto-efficacité sont considérées acceptables en termes d'orientation de l'étude appropriée pour les élèves de la quatrième année moyenne, de sorte que ces sources sont disposées en fonction de leur capacité prédictive sous la forme suivante:(persuasion verbale, état physiologique, accomplissements de performance, expériences alternatives).
