This study aims to identify the role of e-Learning in the development of intellectual capital (defined by human capital, structural capital and client capital).
The processing and analysis of data collected by questionnaire on 30economic enterprises in the region of Sétif was based on the SPSS system.Among the results of this research is a positive role of e-learning in the development of intellectual capital, and made recommendations to officials of the institutions under consideration.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التعليم الإلكتروني في تطوير رأس المال الفكري، لدى بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سطيف، من خلال معرفة دوره في تطوير رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاث (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس مال العملاء)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير الاستبيان لغرض جمع البيانات من المؤسسات محل الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها (30) مؤسسة، وتم استخدام الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها أن هناك دور إيجابي للتعليم الإلكتروني في تطوير رأس المال الفكري، وقدمت بعض التوصيات لمسؤولي المؤسسات محل الدراسة.

La présente étude vise à identifier le rôle de l’ e-Learning) dans le développement du capital intellectuel (définit par le capital humain, le capital structurel et les capitaux clients).
Le traitement et l’analyse de données recueillies par questionnaire sur 30entreprises économiques situées dans la région de Sétif s’est appuyé sur le système SPSS.
Parmi les résultats de cette recherche, on peut citer un rôle positif de l'e-learning dans le développement du capital intellectuel, et il a fait des recommandations aux fonctionnaires des institutions à l'étude.
