Abstract

English

This article reports the results of a study conducted on the problems encountered by decision-makers in educational settings. These problems may include fear of making decisions that may lead to changes or unknown results, postponing decisions to unknown dates, or failure to establish a distinction between the problem and its circumstances and the parameters required to assess the decision adequately. In other words, this study analyzes, in depth, the modern trends and the means of the educational decision-making as well as the main administrative constraints that may affect the latter. It also considers the skills required by school principals in decision-making.

تنطلق هذه المقالة من رصد الباحثة لمجموعة من الأخطاء يقع فيها المديرون أثناء عملية صنع القرار واتخاذه، كالخوف من اتخاذ القرارات التي يترتب عليها تغيرات عديدة أو أن نتائجها غير معروفة على وجه اليقين، كما يعمد آخرون منهم إلى تأجيل قراراتهم لآخر لحظة، وقد يفشل البعض في التمييز بين المشكلة وأعراضها أو في تحديد الظروف والمعيار المستخدم للحكم على مناسبة القرار، ولأن القرار هو جوهر العمل الإداري على اعتبار أن كل العمليات الإدارية ما هي إلا جملة من القرارات تتخذ على مستويات متعددة وفي ظروف مختلفة تضمن تحقيق الفعالية المطلوبة.

وعليه سيتم التطرق بالأساس في هذه المقالة إلى الاتجاهات والأساليب الحديثة في صنع القرار التربوي واتخاذه وكذا أهم المعوقات الإدارية في مجال صناعة القرار واتخاذه فالمهارات الواجب توافرها في مدير المدرسة كقائم على صناعة القرار ومتخذ له.
