Abstract

English

This article attempts to focus on the reality of the Arabic linguistics and Western linguistics.  Knowing this reality and all its trends assist the receiver of this science, especially in the Arab world, to know the reasons, which made linguistics a dynamic science in the West while stagnating in the Arab world, and helps to know the different mutual influences whether positive or negative.

يسعى هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع كلٍّ من اللسانيات العربيّة واللسانيات الغربيّة؛ ذلك أنّ معرفة هذا الواقع والإحاطة بمحركاته تُسعِف متلقي هذا العِلم، وخصوصاً العربي، على إدراك الأسباب التي جعلت منه علماً ديناميكياً عند الغربيين بينما ركن عند العرب إلى الثّبات والسّكون، كما تعينه على معرفة مختلف التأثيرات المتبادلة بينهما (إيجاباً وسلباً).

Cet article tente de mettre la lumière sur la réalité de la linguistique arabe et la linguistique occidentale, car connaître cette réalité et ses tendances permet au récepteur de cette science, en particulier le récepteur arabe, de comprendre les raisons qui ont fait de la linguistique une science dynamique chez les occidentaux, tandis qu’elle ne connaît aucun progrès chez les Arabes. Cela aide également à connaître les différentes influences mutuelles «positives et négatives».
