Moving from general medicine to the technical one because of technological development was a question of time, but losing along the process what defines medicine and characterises it as human, trigger questions about its nature, its ends, its future and above all its raison d’être, that is healing and keeping organs safe and sound silently, and soothing sufferings. This article tends to demonstrate epistemologically the human character of general medicine, which can make it a human science, something that has been lost in technical medicine, by clarifying the main degrading factors of medical humanism that distinguishes the crisis of medicine

لم يكن الانتقال من الطب العام إلى الطب التقني، والذي يرجع سببه للتطورات التكنولوجية، إلاّ مسألة وقت فحسب، لكن، وهو في طريقة إلى هذا التحول فقد ما كان يميزه باعتباره إنسانيا، ويكون بذلك قد أثار تساؤلات حول طبيعته، وغاياته، وحول ما سيكون عليه مستقبلا، وخاصة حول أ سباب وجوده، وهي، العلاج والإبقاء على الأعضاء في حالة صمت (لأن الصحة هي صمت الأعضاء)، والتخفيف من الألم. يهدف هذا المقال أبستمولوجيا إلى بيان الطابع الإنساني الذي يميز الطب العام، والذي ضاع أثره في الطب التقني المتخصص، وذلك بتوضيح العوامل الأساسية المتسببة في الحط من إنسانيته، والتي كانت سببا في ما تعرض له من أزمات.

Passer de la médecine générale à la médecine technicienne du au développement technologique, c’était une question de temps, mais, perdre en route ce qui définis la médecine et la caractérise comme humaine, suscite des questionnements autour de sa nature, de ses fins, de son devenir et surtout de sa raison d’être, guérir, maintenir les organes en silence, apaiser les souffrances. Cet article tend à démontrer épistémologiquement le caractère humain de la médecine générale qui peut faire d’elle une science humaine, perdue en médecine technicienne, et cela, par la clarification des principaux facteurs dégradants de l'humanisme médical qui distinguent la crise de la médecine.
