دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في الحراك السياسي العربي وتأثيره على الثقافة السياسية

Résumé

English

The paper aimed at knowing the role of the social networks in the Arab political movement and its impact on the political culture. The study concluded that social networks play an important role in the Arab political movement through their ability to mobilize and guide demonstrators and break the fear barrier. It becomes in high degree of political competence, efficiency and political effectiveness, through the dissemination of these networks of information, ideas and political trends and values, which contributed to the success of the transition from recession to political awareness, and from the culture of fear to a culture of political participation, through which individuals recognize the importance of their participation in the political process, and make them known  and aware of their rights and duties towards their homeland, and make them more loyal and belonging to their homeland.

هدفت الورقة إلى معرفة دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في الحراك السياسي العربي،  وتأثيره على الثقافة السياسية، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي دورا هاما في الحراك السياسي العربي، وذلك من خلال قدرتها على حشد وتوجيه المتظاهرين، وكسر حاجز الخوف لديهم، حيث أصبحوا على درجة عالية من الاقتدار السياسي، والكفاءة، والفاعلية السياسية، من خلال ما تنشره هذه الشبكات من: معلومات، وأفكار، وتوجهات، وقيم سياسية، ساهمت في إنجاح المرحلة و الانتقال من الركود إلى/ الوعي السياسي، ومن ثقافة الخوف إلى/ ثقافة سياسية مشاركة، يدرك من خلالها الأفراد أهمية مشاركتهم في العملية السياسية، وتجعلهم على دراية، ووعي بحقوقهم، وواجباتهم اتجاه وطنهم، و أكثر ولاء، وانتماء إليه.

Le but de ce travail a pour connaître le rôle des réseaux sociaux dans le mouvement politique arabe et son impact sur la culture politique. L'étude a révélé que les réseaux sociaux jouent un rôle important dans le mouvement politique arabe par sa capacité à mobiliser et guider les manifestants, brisant la barrière de la peur qu'ils ont, où ils sont devenus la un haut degré de professionnalisme politique, l'efficacité et Fiabilité politique, à travers ce qui est publié par ces réseaux d'information, idées, tendances et valeurs politiques, a contribué au succès de la transition de la récession vers la conscience politique et d'une culture de la peur à la participation de la culture politique, Grâce à laquelle les individus reconnaissent l'importance de leur participation au processus politique, et les rendent conscients de leurs droits et leurs devoirs envers leur nation, et les rendent plus fidèles et appartenant à leur patrie.
