Défis du traitement automatisé de la langue arabe au niveau morphologique -l’exemple du Chatbot-

The Arabic language is considered the intellectual vessel from which Arab researchers draw inspiration from various studies and concepts that would develop their research and linguistic sciences, so it was necessary for these researchers to work on it and develop it to keep pace with the developments of the times, which called for the simulation of new programs, websites and computer applications that would develop and increase the pace of processing and publishing the latter, at the global level, in order to be accessible to those wishing to learn and teach it. In order to be accessible to those wishing to learn and teach it, it is that rich language with its treasures of knowledge and its different levels of grammar, sound, syntax, semantics and morphology, which is the focus of our study. One of the most important objectives of this study is to know the level of progress of the Arabic language after its automated processing and the possibility for learners to obtain as much knowledge and information as possible, especially through its levels that we mentioned earlier. The focus of our study was to conduct a simple application on the morphological level through the Chatbot program, which is a program that allows natural language processing, giving concise and accurate information within seconds. In light of this data, we can ask a set of questions and try to answer them in the paper: What is meant by Arabic language processing? What is the effectiveness of the Chatbot program in automatically processing the Arabic language through the morphological level?

تعتبر اللغة العربية الوعاء الفكري الذي يستلهم منه الباحثون العرب مختلف الدراسات والتصوّرات، التي من شأنها أن تطوّر أبحاثهم وعلومهم اللغوية، فكان لزاما على هؤلاء الباحثين الاشتغال بها وتطويرها، لتواكب مستجدات العصر، الذي أصبح يستدعي محاكاة برامج ومواقع وتطبيقات حاسوبية جديدة، من شأنها أن تنمّي وتزيد من وتيرة معالجة ونشر هذه الأخيرة، على الصعيد العالمي، وحتّى تكون في متناول الراغبين في تعلّمها وتعليمها، فهي تلك اللغة الغنيّة بكنوزها المعرفية ومستوياتها المختلفة من نحو وصوت وتركيب ودلالة وصرف وهو محور دراستنا هذه، فمن بين أبرز الأهداف لهذه الدراسة معرفة مستوى تقدّم اللغة العربية بعد معالجتها آليا وإمكانية حصول المتعلّمين لها على أكبر قدر ممكن من المعارف والمعلومات، خاصّة عبر مستوياتها التي ذكرناها سالفا. إذ كان محور دراستنا هذه هو أن نجري تطبيقا بسيطا على المستوى الصرفي من خلال برنامج المحاكاة (Chatbot) فهو برنامج يسمح بمعالجة اللغة الطبيعية، بحيث يعطي معلومات مختصرة ودقيقة خلال ثواني. على ضوء هذه المعطيات يمكننا طرح مجموعة من التساؤلات ومحاولة الإجابة عنها في الورقة البحثية: ما لمقصود بمعالجة اللغة العربية؟ وما مدى فاعلية برنامج (Chatbot) على معالجة اللغة العربية آليا عبر المستوى الصرفي؟

La langue arabe est considérée comme le vaisseau intellectuel à partir duquel les chercheurs arabes s’inspirent des différentes études et concepts qui développeront leurs recherches et leurs sciences linguistiques, il était donc nécessaire pour ces chercheurs de la travailler et de la développer pour être au diapason des évolutions de l’époque, ce qui a nécessité la simulation de nouveaux programmes, sites web et applications informatiques qui développeront et augmenteront le rythme de traitement et de publication de cette dernière, au niveau mondial, afin d’être accessible à ceux qui souhaitent l’apprendre et l’enseigner. Pour être accessible à ceux qui souhaitent l’apprendre et l’enseigner, c’est cette langue riche de ses trésors de connaissances et de ses différents niveaux de grammaire, de son, de syntaxe, de sémantique et de morphologie, qui fait l’objet de notre étude. L’un des objectifs les plus importants de cette étude est de connaître le niveau de progrès de la langue arabe après son traitement automatisé et la possibilité pour les apprenants d’obtenir autant de connaissances et d’informations que possible, en particulier à travers ses niveaux que nous avons mentionnés précédemment. L’objectif de notre étude était de mener une application simple sur le niveau morphologique à travers le programme Chatbot, qui est un programme qui permet le traitement du langage naturel, donnant des informations concises et précises en quelques secondes. À la lumière de ces données, nous pouvons poser une série de questions et tenter d’y répondre dans le présent document : Qu’entend-on par traitement du langage arabe ? Quelle est l’efficacité du programme Chatbot dans le traitement automatique de la langue arabe au niveau morphologique?
