The novel beginning is one of the most important thresholds used by the novelist to move the reader from the real world to the imaginary world, so we find him betting on him a lot to influent the reader. يعد الاستهلال في الرواية من أهم العتبات التي يستخدمها الروائي للانتقال بالقارئ من العالم الواقعي إلى العالم التخييلي، لذلك نجده يراهن عليه كثيرا للتأثير في القارئ، وذلك من خلال عملية انتقاء دقيقة لنصوص أو عبارات مركزة ومشحونة، يرى بأنها كفيلة بممارسة الضغط على القارئ بغرض ضمان قراءة النص الروائي قراءة جيدة. ونظرا للأهمية الكبيرة للاستهلال في الرواية، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للكشف عن طبيعة الاستهلال في رواية «حضرة الجنرال» لكمال قرور، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: ما هو الاستهلال الروائي؟ وما هي أنواعه؟ وما هي أشكال الاستهلال في رواية «حضرة الجنرال»؟

Le début du roman est l’un des seuils les plus importants utilisés par le romancier pour faire passer le lecteur du monde réel au monde imaginaire. Nous le voyons donc parier beaucoup sur lui pour l’influencer, par le processus de sélection minutieuse de textes ou de phrases concentrés et chargés, considérés comme capables de faire pression sur le lecteur pour en assurer la lecture du texte est une bonne lecture. Compte tenu de la grande importance du début du roman, cet article a pour objectif de révéler la nature du début du roman «Le Général» de Kamal Qarour en répondant aux questions suivantes: Qu’est-ce que le début du roman? Quels types? Quelle est la nature du début du roman «Le général»?
